Mango aimed to connect customer data from all business units – online store, physical stores, marketing, and quality – into one unified system.

The challenge

The challenge was to merge fragmented data sources and enable precise ROI calculations for each campaign.

Additionally, Mango needed a dynamic targeting system based on segmentation rules and business criteria. At the same time, the growing volume of billions of data points required a highly scalable data infrastructure.

The solution

CONVOTIS implemented an integrated data platform that consolidates customer data from multiple sources.

Responses from two separate mailing providers were unified into a single, comprehensive customer profile. This enabled accurate ROI calculation for each marketing campaign.

On top of that, a dynamic targeting engine was developed, selecting target groups automatically based on business rules. The data mart architecture, hosted on AWS, processes billions of data points – fully scalable and cloud-native.

The result

Today, Mango runs its marketing and business processes fully data-driven, dynamic, and highly precise.
