At the same time, the sovereign cloud market is growing rapidly.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/documents\/5863580\"> By 2028<\/a>, it is expected to reach a volume of around USD 169 billion, with annual growth rates of approximately 36 percent.<\/p>\n<p>This development reinforces the need to provide analytical capabilities within distributed hybrid cloud infrastructures.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Latency and Localization Conflict of Modern Data Platforms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Traditional analytics platforms have long been based on centralized data models. Operational systems transferred their data to central data warehouses via ETL processes, where transformation and analysis took place.<\/p>\n<p>This model worked reliably in environments with manageable data volumes and stable infrastructure structures.
