The firm offers a broad range of services in tax consulting, auditing, and business advisory. PMPG supports companies from various industries – from mid-sized businesses to international organizations – in efficiently managing tax and financial challenges.
As the firm grew and data handling became increasingly complex, the demands on its digital infrastructure also increased. Topics such as audit-proof document management, efficient collaboration across multiple locations, and secure communication became significantly more important. The challenge

The solution
CONVOTIS managed the complete migration to the latest DATEV DMS, with a strong focus on data integrity, minimal downtime, and maximum security.
All documents and structures were transferred seamlessly, ensuring a smooth transition for employees. At the same time, Microsoft 365 was implemented, including Microsoft Teams for chat, video conferencing, and real-time collaboration.
The solution enables faster information sharing, more efficient coordination, and fully supports hybrid working models. The project was further enhanced by the implementation of advanced security standards to provide additional protection for sensitive client data.
