In mature projects, we typically combine the two to eliminate friction from start to finish.

We first analyze which existing systems add value and should be retained, and then design new solutions to connect with them via APIs or middleware, avoiding duplication of information or disrupting processes that already work. Each integration is tested in a controlled environment before going into production, minimizing the risk of disruptions to your daily operations. The ROI of a digital transformation project isn’t measured solely in terms of cost savings, although that’s usually the easiest metric to calculate. Before launching any initiative, we work with the client to define the KPIs that truly matter to their business: response time, error reduction, hours freed up from manual tasks, or improvements in customer satisfaction, among others. From there, we establish a baseline and measure the actual impact at each phase of the project—not just at the end—so we can adjust course if something isn’t working as expected.
