ManoMano aimed to automate its marketing campaign lifecycle to increase traffic in five B2C markets and in B2B operations in France.
Previously, campaign management was handled manually, leading to high operational effort, poor scalability and delays in coordinating sellers and end users. The company lacked a flexible, event-driven architecture capable of real-time interaction between different platform stakeholders.

CONVOTIS developed a tailored solution for ManoMano to automate its campaign management using an event-driven architecture based on Kafka.
he platform was optimized with key parameters such as batch.size, acks, partition.fetch, and poll.interval to ensure low latency and high throughput. Real-time data exchange and reliable processing enabled faster platform communication. Configurations were adapted for both vendor and consumer roles – creating a scalable, high-performance system.
