As part of its business expansion, the company needed a centralized ERP solution to manage products, contracts, commissions, and monthly reporting – accessible across devices and tailored to the requirements of a growing multi-level marketing structure.
Before implementation, Convit managed commissions and contracts manually using spreadsheets.
Calculations were error-prone, and monthly statements had to be prepared individually. No centralized system existed for data or reporting. The company needed a professional ERP solution to automate processes, reduce manual work, and support reliable growth – including multi-level commission schemes and financial tracking.
The main challenge was to unify product, contract, and commission logic within a single platform that supports both desktop and mobile use.
The solution had to be scalable for hundreds of sales agents, capable of processing multi-level payout rules, and ensure data consistency across all modules. The system also needed to support reporting transparency, complex reversals, and corrections—while maintaining secure and legally compliant records of all transactions and calculations.
CONVOTIS developed a custom ERP system based on C#/.NET 5 and Blazor Server-Side.
It manages products, contracts, user hierarchies, monthly settlements, and commission calculations in a single web-based interface. Data is stored in a structured MSSQL database. Reports are generated via Microsoft SQL Reporting Server. The platform supports thin clients, is mobile-friendly, and can be adapted to new product lines or changes in payout logic at any time.

Monthly payouts are generated automatically, and all data is managed centrally via an intuitive dashboard. The new system has significantly reduced manual effort, improved accuracy, and enabled fast onboarding of new users and products.
