The CONVOTIS Group Enters the Future with New Leadership: José Lopez Takes Over as CEO

The CONVOTIS Group is restructuring its executive leadership, laying the foundation for further international growth. José Lopez, previously COO of the Group and CEO of CONVOTIS Schweiz AG, assumes the role of CEO of the CONVOTIS Group with immediate effect. He succeeds Andreas Kiefer, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks for his valuable contributions, strong leadership, and significant role in the continued development of the CONVOTIS Group. 

With José Lopez at the helm, alongside Lars Heymeier as COO and Christina Nagel as CFO, the Group forms a strong leadership team that combines continuity with fresh impetus. Together, they bring strategic foresight, international experience, and operational strength to the leadership of the Group, ensuring that CONVOTIS continues its success story. 

Henri Schmidt (HR & Finance Industry Practice) and Emil Pall (Human Resources) will now work closely with the executive management team as Group Executives. With their long-standing experience and deep expertise, they will help ensure the continuity, development, and sustainable future of our corporate group. Andreas Kiefer will also remain with CONVOTIS and will serve in an advisory capacity on the Supervisory Board going forward. 

This reorganization marks a decisive step in the Group’s international positioning. By consolidating its leadership competencies, strengthening decision-making structures, and sharpening its focus on customer proximity, quality, and innovation, CONVOTIS is laying the groundwork to further expand its role as a leading European IT service provider and to sustainably strengthen its presence in all markets.
