CONVOTIS Strengthens Operational Leadership in Germany

The CONVOTIS Group is further evolving its organizational structure in Germany by establishing clearly defined leadership responsibility at the country level. The objective is to ensure clear operational accountability within the German market while maintaining the existing group structure.
Olaf von der Ahe assumes the role of Country Director Germany and, in this capacity, takes on full operational responsibility for the company’s business activities in Germany.
At the same time, existing group-level responsibilities will continue unchanged within the established structure:
Henri Schmidt remains responsible for Group Executive Business Operations and Group Strategy. Wolfgang Tertnig continues to lead the group-wide Digital Services & AI division as Group Executive Digital Services & AI.
