Jugendberufsagentur Lübeck guides young people in their transition from school to work.
As a central digital platform for orientation, it targets youth, parents and professionals alike. To improve accessibility and user experience, CONVOTIS was commissioned to redesign and relaunch the website — with a focus on accessibility, consistent CI and easy editorial handling.
Status quo
The previous website was outdated in design and usability.
Content was hard to find, the site lacked mobile support, and there was no coherent visual identity. Editorial updates were difficult to perform without external help. Accessibility and multilingual features were not implemented, and the site no longer met current technical or user expectations.
The challenge
The new platform had to serve different target audiences with structured content and intuitive navigation.
It needed a consistent corporate identity and a CMS that allows non-technical users to maintain content easily. Compliance with accessibility standards and the integration of assistive technologies were key requirements, as was compatibility across devices.
The solution
CONVOTIS built a new website featuring full CI/CD, responsive design and an intuitive layout.
CONVOTIS CMS was used as the editorial platform, with ReadSpeaker for accessibility and Matomo for GDPR-compliant analytics. Custom templates ensured targeted communication. CONVOTIS handled the entire hosting and provided staff training for ongoing independent content management.
The result
Jugendberufsagentur Lübeck now operates a modern, barrier-free and editorially manageable website.
