The Lünendonk List is considered an industry barometer for business and specialist media, and forms the basis for the extensive Lünendonk® study, which will presumably be available free of charge in July 2023. For the Lünendonk study “The Market for IT Services in Germany”, around 100 IT service providers were comprehensively interviewed between January and April 2023, as well as 120 IT and business managers from upper medium-sized companies and large corporations.
Despite a volatile market, ongoing IT modernization and cloud transformation ensure stable demand.

In the overall market, revenues increased significantly. The 20 leading IT service companies in Germany were able to increase their revenues by an average of 8.8 percent in Germany. In total, they thus achieve a turnover of 12.2 billion euros and employ around 44,000 people in Germany. The number of employees in Germany increased on average by 1.9 percent.
