With locations in Luzern (Nottwil) and Zug (Rotkreuz & Baar), Switzerland, JMC represents a strategic expansion of our geographical presence, allowing CONVOTIS to enter the vibrant Swiss technology market. This acquisition not only extends our existing capabilities in Managed IT Services and digital platform solutions but also diversifies and strengthens our customer portfolio through JMC’s excellent relationships and expertise.
As the founder of JMC, José Lopez will continue to serve as a shareholder, board member, and Managing Director of CONVOTIS’ future Swiss operations.
